Our Founder, Andav Rai, brings extensive experience from Michelin-starred restaurants in Spain and France, combined with a deep love for Indian cuisine honed at The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur. He has also played a pivotal role in launching Bougie and Loam Bistro and Artisanal Cheese in Delhi and Pune.
